Hi there,
StandUp For Kids (a national nonprofit that does outreach to homeless youth) is in need of an office space in downtown Berkeley. As the new regional trainer I am starting from scratch setting up an office in the Northern California.
I need a small office to rent for under $800 a month in downtown Berkeley. My ideal situation would be to share a floor with other companies but with my own private office. I would love to have it be more community minded because being locked up all by myself in an office might drive me crazy!
If you don't know of a specific location but have suggestions on where to look (other than craigslist and the Tribune) I would greatly appreciate it!

Re: Need to lease office space for non-profit in Downtown Berk
Fri, June 23, 2006 - 2:34 PMI don't know of anything specific but I know that the city of Berkeley wants to rehabilitate the Telegraph area in a big way. You might be able to get a deal around there with some city support. -
