I've lucked out and got a paying commercial photo commission for an Office. I need to find a local waterfall that's not too much off the beaten track.

I live in the East Bay, and need to lug around a medium format camera, a heavy tripod for some slow motion water shots, and the usual zillion pounds of gear.

This is the best time of year for this kind of stuff, what with the Seattle like weather, flowing streams, etc.

I'll be doing the shots week-day-time if anybody wants to recommend, guide, or even help out in person.

( Copies of the photos go to whomever assists me, BTW)

Naturally, I'll post the results here

Hi there,

StandUp For Kids (a national nonprofit that does outreach to homeless youth) is in need of an office space in downtown Berkeley. As the new regional trainer I am starting from scratch setting up an office in the Northern California.

I need a small office to rent for under $800 a month in downtown Berkeley. My ideal situation would be to share a floor with other companies but with my own private office. I would love to have it be more community minded because being locked up all by myself in an office might drive me crazy!

If you don't know of a specific location but have suggestions on where to look (other than craigslist and the Tribune) I would greatly appreciate it!

Calaveras Rd. (ok Yahoo says Calaveras Ave.. but I thought it was Rd)

Starts out on Niles Canyon right past 680.

Takes you all the way back around Mt. Hamilton and drops you in East San jose or Milpitas depending on which turn you take on the other side.

turns one laneish for a lot of the ways... goes through the foothills and back side and around Hamilton. Has a few different feels to it cause its a bit of a drive and you go through several habitats.

Fun and spooky in the night, very full of nature and life in the day. Drive it either way!
